3:30pm - Arrive all campers, welcome and check-in

4:00pm – Paddle board yoga with Amy, Intro to Parkour with Mark, open sports (tennis, basketball, gagaball, volleyball)

5:15pm - Fitness challenge at the low fields with Gino, Autumn and Mason

6:30pm – Dinner and orientation/announcements (open bar 6pm-10pm), sign-ups for Saturday's activities

7:30pm - Sunset hayride, corn hole tournament, arts and crafts (friendship bracelets)

8:30pm - Bonfire and S'mores at the bike pavillion, board games, BIRTHFIT workshop with Autumn, Dodgeball tournament, each village fire pit will be lit

10:00pm - Late night snack at the dining hall

7:15am - Burpee Mile 

8:30am - Breakfast

9:30am -Horseback riding, mountain boarding, rifle range, paddle board yoga with Amy, 

11:00am – Fitness challenge with Angi and Jenny,  horseback riding, archery, open sports

12:30pm - Lunch

1:30pm - Lakefront open (swimming, zipline and diving platform, rope swing) archery, high ropes, volleyball, 

3:00pm - Intro to Parkour with Mark

3:30pm - Lakefront open (boating),  river tubing

4:00pm - Fitness challenge (Mason and Gino), Parkour playtime with Mark

5:00pm - Goal setting workshop PART 1 (guided hike)  with Autumn**, SIESTA time

6:30pm - Dinner + announcements (open bar 6pm-10pm)

7:30pm- Sunset hayride

8:30pm - Bonfire, S'mores. music (feel free to bring an instrument), and storytelling at the Counsel fire, village fire pits lit, 

9:00pm - Stargazing by the river, board games/movie

10:00pm - Late night snack at the dining hall

Sunday, May 6th

7:30am - Restorative yoga with Carmen

8:30am - Breakfast


11:00am - Handstand workshop with Gino, Goal setting workshop PART 2 with Autumn (vision boards)**, Lakefront open (swimming, zipline and diving platform, rope swing), horseback riding

12:30pm - Lunch

1:15pm - Closing ceremony at flag poles and group photo

2:00pm - Pack up and leave camp
