Lodging details for August 31-September 2, 2018
Want to room with your friends? Go ahead and register....you can request bunkmates during the registration process. We'll do our best to place you with your group. All lodging options are the same price and included in your registration.
All campers will be assigned a bunk in a heated cabin or lodge. The vast majority of campers will be assigned 1 of 2 modern lodges (pictured in banner above). Each of the 2 lodges accommodates 50 campers; 2 rooms downstairs accommodate 20 campers each, as well as a loft accommodating 10 campers. Lodges have power outlets.
Please note: There are a total of 12 showers on the camp property. There are 6 showers in each of 2 lodges where the majority of campers will be housed. In order to access showers, campers must walk through bunk areas. In rare cases, campers who have selected all-female, or all-male bunks, will experience people of a different gender walking through their shared bunk area to access showers. We anticipate that a majority of campers will be female. One lodge (6 showers) will be dedicated as "women only" showers. The 2nd lodge will be showers open to everyone.
At registration, campers may select the following sleeping arrangements:
*All women
*All men
*Mixed gender
*Bring a tent
There will be a designated area for tents, but we will keep you spread out enough to allow for a little bit of privacy. We'll save a bed for you in a cabin as well, in case of poor weather.
We'll make rooming assignments based on your selections and do our best to place you with your requested roommates.
There are tent platforms complete with bunk beds that will be available to those campers who prefer a more rustic experience. Feel free to explore camp, find a bunk in a tent platform, and claim it! Tent platforms are not heated, and do not have bathrooms, but they will most likely offer more privacy. Campers may not "claim" an entire tent platform to themselves and exclude others from using the shelter. Beds in tent platforms are available to any campers that wish to sleep in them.
It's camp - don't forget to bring a pillow and a sleeping bag! Camp TimeOut™ supplies a clean, bottom sheet for all mattresses, but it's up to campers to bring all other bedding.
The following gallery shows one of the two new lodges, a heated cabin, a tent setup at camp, and an example of this camp's tent platform. Please don't hesitate to contact Camp TimeOut if you have questions at info@wildchildventures.com
