Who goes to SWEAT camps?

Camp TimeOut SWEAT is our original camp model designed for CrossFit® enthusiasts, and has all the traditional fun camp activities, open bar, bonfires and s’mores…but with the option to get your heart pumping. We’ll have fitness challenges coached by excellent CrossFit® instructors, fitness workshops, hikes, and an adventure race on the schedule. All fitness levels are welcome, and all workouts can be scaled to each camper’s ability. You choose how much you want to sweat. If you get to camp and decide you want to nap in a hammock all day, that’s fine, too!

what’s on the schedule?

Workouts with Excellent CrossFit® Instructors, Sunrise Yoga, High Ropes, Archery, River Tubing, Lake with Zipline and Rope Swing, Kayaking, Canoeing, Paddle Boarding, Sunset Hayrides, Arts and Crafts, Basketball, Dodgeball, Gaga Ball, Mountain Boarding, Lawn Games and Evening Bonfires. What’s included?

Everything is included in your $469 ticket! Two nights lodging in shared rustic cabins, 6 hearty meals, snacks, open bar in the evenings, workshops, fitness challenges, and all the traditional camp activities. We will also celebrate both Cinco De Mayo and the Kentucky Derby over the course of the weekend!
